Woah that’s weird – there must be something in the air this week, even BuyCorp’s evil CEO is getting in on the lovey-dovey stuff! Or maybe someone’s slapped him with a ‘Be Mine’?
This weekend we dropped all the content for Week 2 – more maps, more modes, more mayhem! Our Two Bridges map is (temporarily) gone and in its place are two exciting unreleased maps for your feedback!
Each week we’re mixing up what’s available to play in the beta, so drivers can expect something new and exciting each time they log in. This week our focus was twofold: the Steam Game Festival, and showcasing two never before seen maps in the Drive Buy universe!
We’re delighted to announce that the Drive Buy beta is NOW LIVE! On Friday 29th we dropped 250 keys and welcomed so many new drivers into the fray over the weekend.
There’s still time to get in on the gameplay though! You can sign up at drivebuygame.com or head over to Steam where we’ll be opening up a playable demo from Wednesday 3rd February at 6pm.
But now that we are live, what exactly is happening during the beta and what can players expect? Well, for starters this beta lasts an awesome 3 weeks and we’ve got heaps of new content rolling out in waves for you to test. Each week of content starts on a Friday, here’s a breakdown:

Since our last dev blog post, we’ve been hard at work getting the FINAL BETA (say what?!) ready for our brand new vehicle combat game ‘Drive Buy’. Thanks to all the fantastic player feedback, that day is nearly here. Make a note in your calendar for the ‘get set, go’ mark on the 29th of January 2021, when we’ll be launching our beta. Don’t forget to subscribe to our newsletter and join our Discord for news and information on how to take part.
Absolutely tons of work has gone into Drive Buy since you last saw it! Even though we’ve been through QA for 90% of the features, we know we’ve still got a few things left we really want your feedback on. Here’s what to expect from the beta:

Now the beta’s closed, we’re revving up for launch sometime in 2020
Wishlist Drive Buy – even if you already had, the wishlist disappears when you activate a key, so please go back and wishlist Drive Buy on Steam to continue your support for the game.
